Arugula, Apollo

Description

This is an improved Dutch strain of the domesticated Arugula Rocket, the Mediterranean classic. It has larger, more rounded leaves, which are high in vitamin C, and a little less spicy the rocket. Arugula is commonly used in salads, pizzas, pastas, and a host of other dishes. Self-seeding, hardy annual. Matures in 40-45 days, and is best picked when young.
