Description

This self-seeding annual is native to the mediterranean has beautiful blue star-shaped flowers that hang in compact clusters. The flowers are used are a delicate garnish and leaves have a cucumber like flavor and are made into refreshing drinks, cooked, or added to salads. A very bee friendly plant, and great addition to the garden. Plants grow 2-3′ tall.
