Bronze Fennel

Description

Sometimes referred to as Smokey Fennel, this native to the mediterranean has attractive smokey, bronze colored foliage. This tender perennial grows to 3-4′ tall, however, it does not form an edible bulb like Florence Fennel. Used primarily for its edible licorice-flavored leaves and seeds. Seeds can be used like any fennel.
