This heirloom was first introduced to American in the late 1800’s by Peter Henderson & Company. Also known as Erfurter. Yields excellent 6″-7″ heads. Forms early solid, tender, white curds, superior in quality, and mild in flavor. Matures in 60-80 days from transplant.
