Bred by John Navazio in the early 2000’s. this beautifully colored carrot is probably closely related to the Cosmic Purple carrot. A purple exterior and bright orange interior provide stunningly beautiful contrast. Has a sweet somewhat spicy flavor. High in antioxidants and lycopene. Stores well. Matures in 90 Days.
