Summer Savory

Description

A hardy annual with a peppery flavor and tastes similar to the perennial Winter Savory. It is used to season a wide variety of dishes, from beans to soups, vinegars, and butters, as well as a host of other dishes. Can be used fresh or dried. Plants grow 12-18″ tall, and have small pink flowers in late summer.
