Sunflower – Arikara

Description

An annual collected from the Arikara tribe and offered by Oscar H. Will in 1930. Plants grow 10′-12′ tall, and have beautiful single or multi headed flowers that grow 6-16″ across. Produces large amounts of edible seeds. Matures in 60 – 70 days.
