Tiger’s Eye Bush Bean

One of the most beautiful beans. Often referred to as Ojo de Tigre, or eye of the tiger, this bean is originally from the Chile/Argentina region of South America. Can be eaten fresh when immature, and shelled fresh, but ideal as a dried bean. Deliciously rich in flavor and smooth in texture when cooked. Good for chili, soups, or refried beans. Matures in 80-90 days.
