Watermelon Radish

Description

Sometimes referred to as Chinese Red Meat, or Roseheart radish. Produces a 2″ round radish with green skin, white flesh, and a hot pink center. Resembles a watermelon when sliced. Has a crisp, sweet flavor, delicious in stir-fries or salads. Prefers to grow in cool weather. Matures in 50-60 days.
