Placing Your Order

Online orders may be placed through our web store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Preparing Your Order

Please allow 10 days for us to prepare your order once your order has been placed.

Shipping Your Order

Shipping is calculated by weight and includes cost of postage and materials. Shipping charges will vary based on destination.

Additional fees may be applied at the nurseries discretion for plants and unique specimens requiring special packaging and handling.

Orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday of every week but you may contact us to schedule a specific delivery date. A tracking number will be provided once your item(s) has shipped and is en-route.

Most plants will be received within 3 business days after being shipped. We are not responsible for delays with the USPS estimated delivery times. When ordering, please be aware of factors possibly affecting delivery timeframes such as seasonal weather conditions, holidays and decreased staffing due to Covid-19.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure you are available to receive and promptly open your order once it arrives. Leaving plants outside in the elements for prolonged periods can cause damage. No refunds or replacements will be given for minor damage. A plants journey can be a bumpy on so if on the off chance you have an issue with any plants received, please send us some photos of the damaged plant(s) and their original packaging within 24 hours of delivery.  

Shipping Insurance

Insurance on all shipped items is at the discretion of the buyer. Please contact us to make arrangements for insurance prior to shipping. USPS priority mail only insures $50 of the package, if you are looking to increase insurance coverage on your order it will be an additional cost.

Return Policy and Claims 

If you are not satisfied with your plant(s), you have 24 hours to request a return via email at contact@heritageseedco.com. Plants must be returned within 5 business days in the condition they were received. Once we receive the return you will be issued a full refund less the cost of shipping.

Damage Policy

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered via our web store, social media, or email shall pass to you when the merchandise is release to the shipping carrier.  

If your order arrives damaged, you agree to comply with any and all timely actions needed to submit a claim with the shipping carrier used. Once your claim has been settled and refunded by the shipping carrier, the nursery will work to send out a new item if applicable.
