The seeds, which are commonly referred to as Coriander, is typically ground and used as a spice. Fresh green seeds give a sharp lemony snap when eaten, and the dried seed has the popular coriander flavor, popular in so many cuisines. The fresh leaves, referred to as Cilantro, is eaten fresh, and used in many cuisines like Mexican foods, where it is a staple. A slow bolting strain. Plants grow to 1-2′ tall. Matures in 50-55 days for fresh leaves, and 90 days for seed.
