Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum)

Very aromatic with a sweet, licorice-mint flavor. Vigorous plants produce abundant blooms, attracting bees and other pollinators. Anise hyssop is also known as giant hyssop, blue giant hyssop, fennel giant hyssop, and fragrant giant hyssop. Leaves and flowers can be used fresh or dried to flavor drinks, salads, soups, pasta, and desserts.
