A perennial herb that is a classic in popular seasonings. Similar to oregano, and in some parts of the Middle East, it is used synonymously with oregano, however, the herb is considerably sweeter. Plants grow 12-24″ tall and have small white flowers. Grown as an annual in the North, as plants are somewhat sensitive to the cold.
