Sometimes called Vegetable spaghetti, this heirloom is rumored to have originated from China, however was introduced by Sakata Seed Co. of Japan in 1934. When baked, the bright yellow flesh resemble strands of spaghetti, and tastes great as a pasta substitute. Matures in 80-90 days.
